As an internationally qualified holistic beauty therapist, aromatherapist, massage therapist and certified yoga teacher, I come with decades of experience in the health, beauty and wellness space, are grounded in truth, heart-centred and authentic in my approach and infuse kindness, compassion and mindful intention to all of my offerings and services. My true passion is in holding sacred space for my clients, in weaving ancient age-old wisdom with modern day science and in creating heart-centred rituals and treatments that truly do nourish and replenish all of your senses; bringing balance and calm to mind, body, skin, soul and nervous system.

Carefully selecting only the highest quality plant based certified organic ingredients and products, all of our treatments and services are mindfully and lovingly curated for your individual needs and personal experience. Sourcing quality suppliers of mindful brands from Australia and New Zealand, many of the products are hand-made in small batches by true specialists in their field and who continually win clean and conscious or sustainable beauty awards. We are also honoured and proud to currently be the sole stockists of many of these beautiful brands in North Canterbury or New Zealand.
